EPG earns 2% of THE PERMIT's production at the wellhead regardless of who does the producing. So while BRU owns 50% EPG gets 4% of Buru's production at the Wellhead, if Buru sells down it makes no difference other than who signs the monthly check.
It's never a no brainer though because they are already in dispute with Buru as to how to calculate it. QC's at 10 paces next and men in silk ain't cheap.
