How many times do we see this?? Suddenly prolonged selling breaks-out for no apparent reason then a few days later.... 'trading halt' and the inevitable 'profit downgrade'. Holders are being mugged. Time not far off when individual investors will desert small-caps almost completely due to lack of trust. Things are so fragile it's best to sit on sidelines and not take the risk in hope of a 6% div or 10-12% CG.
