its potential interest in Crowe Horwath. There is no certainty that any approach will result in a formal proposal or any transaction.

Crowe Horwath understands that the majority of the Company’s securities that traded on 7 May 2014 were acquired by an existing shareholder who is not one of the parties referred to in the preceding paragraphs."

Wow this is starting to heat up. So we have multiple parties running the ruler over the business, and an existing shareholder (but not currently a bidder) taking out a huge chunk potentially as leverage when a bidding war starts. Looking very good.
