If they have confidential negotiations under way [as there would be pretty much all the time] then they have nothing to announce yet but if any of those deals is signed tomorrow they can announce it straight away and they haven't broken any rules and the explanation to the ASX would still be valid. You can't make an announcement until one of the balls lands but you can have a lot of balls in the air at any time.
They would be juggling a lot of balls at the moment and it is only a matter of time before we see ink on paper.
So we can say nothing to announce and yet tomorrow announce a huge contract - no problem
