It seems that the 75million ARENA FUNDING is under condition that 2MW of CPV plant could be demonstrated in Mildura, however the completed demonstration plant is merely 1.5MW. I am not sure whether this satisfy the funding conditions as clearly described in ARENA WEBSITE below:
