    "The company notes that such speculation is incorrect"

    Suppose they subsequently went into admin, how many weeks would have to have passed, after announcing that to the ASX, for them to claim that they made the announcement in good faith?

    3 weeks, 6 weeks, 12 weeks? Any ideas?
