"Is the Entity aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced to the market which, if known by some in the market, could explain the recent trading in its securities?"
If they know of anything which may affect the share price, they must say.
"... you need to contact us immediately to discuss requesting a trading halt."
If the can't make an announcement, then a trading halt is in order.
So if info about bad sales was coming through then I would assume a trading halt would occur.
The whole market is in the red. Even many very reliable companies. Either way, the market will sort itself out soon and we'll know in a week which way this is heading.
