I'm with Squire and Whisky. No doubt Cairn will be first to release, as operator.
I think the speeding ticket would have prompted something more than FAR's flat response had there been a real announcement pending. It would surely prompt ASX action if we came out a couple of days after denying any knowledge of the crime.
Also suspect there will have to be serious JV discussions and coordination prior to The Big One and not sure there has been time for that post Xmas/New Year. Also nagging away is the thought that The Chef (I hereby submit this as an official nickname) has to be brought up to speed pre-ann.
Twenty per cent today was great, but I too fear it will retrace tomorrow.
