More about the EV than MC but $7.5M is still ludicrous. Can't think of any shells with that sort of valuation. That said, PW was o/s last week and are perfectly setup now to nab something. My impression was that they'd like to tie the oil assets to some sort of royalty with an acquirer and clean that up first before moving on to acquisition mode. I guess there's no reason it as to go in that order.
tbh it'd have to fall to an EV of $4-5M before I even think about getting back in.
