Ann: Response to ASX Price Query, page-2

I refer to our recent telephone discussion.
Alchemia Limited (ACL) requests that a trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange with respect to its ordinary shares immediately.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, I advise that:
ACL is seeking the trading halt pending the release of an announcement by ACL regarding its profit share on sales of its generic anti-coagulant drug fondaparinux for the quarter ending 31 March 2015;
ACL requests that the trading halt last until the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 26 May 2015 (unless ACL requests that it be removed earlier); and
ACL is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
