Yes but it's an admission they were aware of information that hasn't been announced (whether it remained confidential or not is beside the point).
I don't think it was necessarily leaked, it's entirely plausible the legislative changes alone were sufficient to drive the moves. Just seems crazy to say no I'm not aware of anything.. oh except this one thing that was confidential. Well yeah if it wasn't confidential, the question would hardly need to be asked, would it?
I understand it's also a question of timely disclosure (was there public information that hasn't been announced), but I feel the more pertinent question is whether there was any possible explanation for the move in prices, not simply have you been following the ASX disclosure guidelines.
