If this is price sensitive, then what? Did they withhold something? Morgan Stanley issues a broker upgrade, they win the ACT Metro contract which swings the balance to rail from mining and then there is something else such as the Keolis JV speculation in France?
A stock like DOW usually does not go up more than 10% in one hour for a reason of a broker upgrade, a big rail contract win and then a price query gets responded to with something else.
Is it unusual?
