In my many years in the stock market I have rarely seen a response to a speeding ticket with a "major" announcement as the answer.
I believe there is no time limit to announce the deal as they are required to announce when it is "done". So it may not have been finalised yesterday afternoon but it may well be finalised this afternoon.
I believe that it may dip a pip or 2 on or just after the open but with all the momentum it will finish green again today!
