    OK, so more detailed reply to speeding ticket

    The wording "The Company recently announced that it was continuing negotiations with the finalisation of the Securities Sale Agreement to acquire the issued capital and operations of gridComm and this is ongoing." is reassuring, but what does this mean in regards to the TH which is on till Thursday?

    Can they do the Deal announcement tonight or tomorrow (while in Halt) without contradicting this announcement - can't see why not.
