He had a look at the Technology and basically gave them a report stating that not only will it likely work 100x faster than traditional machines , but that 100x faster will probably be the lower boundary of what it's capable of.

Now an Independant Expert with 25 Years experience in the field and who is still very much within the field, would have run the physics calculations himself and from that, has apparently stated that 100x faster speed to existing Tech, is at a lower boundary of his calculations and therefore is a conservative outlook on what the Technology shows its upper calculated capabilities may go on to prove.

We are also told by Budge that Aurora are currently Testing the MFP Prototype and going through the parameter stage of that same 'Technology' that is 'verified' by That independant 3rd Party.

The above is the driver behind various Large Multi-Billion Dollar organisations contacting such a small Perth firm and it is also because of the Large Format Technology and the potential Capital Payback Time one LFP estimated at $5m cost, could have of around a Month for a number of Organisations.

Imagine taking something that currently takes 3 weeks to print, right down to 13 minutes!!
At these kind of speeds you will be Cost competing with traditional manufacturing and will inevitably find most things will move to 3D Printed in the future.
No matter how intricate or detailed the print design, the consumable Costs are the same.
The potential speed of the LFP even at its lowest boundary will make business/Commercial sense.

The Speed of the Technology and how quickly and efficiently it can be scaled up is Revolutionary.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution.

On the basis of my personal risk vs reward profile, I am happy to hold for that anticipated defining moment in the companies History.
The Proof of Concept and verification of the LFP Technology.

In the meantime A3d also anticipate building up to sales of around 30 Small Format Printers per month over the next 3-6 Months. The SFP is currently the most versatile and best value 3d Metal Printer on the market.

Seems some have confused technology with hardware. There was always going to be some time to develop the LFP, that's why they released the other SFP so they could have a revenue stream in the meantime.
