Share price crash in recent months is a direct result of terrible management. Not paying a dividend alone is a prime example of this and shows either:

• A) they can't pay a dividend
• B) insiders can access enough cash themselves without having to declare a dividend and pay to outsiders that they have no relationship with (for Chinese readers "我和那些来自澳洲的股东们一点关系都没有。我为什么要给他们钱?他们好傻!"); or
• C) they have no idea about capital markets
