It is a total disgrace, I have been in the market for 20 years and I have not seen this type
of buyback by stealth. You would never expect it as a shareholder, small
Shareholders normally have option
To take up the offer to sell for no brokerage.
Also I have multiple accounts and a total shareholding greater then the buyback amount, however as one account was under they took
My shares. I'd like a legal opinion on this if anyone has one. I'd say this is totally unreasonable.
