I don't see why CHO would be involved in the current buying. They will end up with 0ver 70% of the Company under the current arrangements, and probably much more. There is no advantage in their pushing the price up. Their reaction will be crucial. It well could end up in a bidding war. There could be more than one buyer for the respiratory assets. Anything could happen from here. I can't see it just settling back from where it is now.
