I have given this a lot of thought and have come to the conclusion that something like that is the only logical explanation. I suspect that someone wants the respiratory assets and has been waiting to get them on liquidation. It is now obvious that will not happen. Anyone looking to pick up these assets has to get in before the AGM and the passing of the resolutions approving the CHO transaction. If the price stays where it is these resolutions will not pass. We may see an alternative proposal. We will see what Monday brings. We will have a better idea after that.
