If we take the company response to the speeding ticket at face value, there is not much else it could be. I just hope they are prepared to pay a bit more per share to get it, read as a lot more, so a few of us can get some of our stake back. Would not even speculate where it will end, but it is going to be a bargain for whoever is making a bid. I would not be surprised if Cho were connected.
