Here is my take on the speeding ticket reply for what it's worth
The most important sentence is
"Soil sample results are expected in the near term as they are in the process of being laboratory tested by SGS Zambia"
The following comment about the companies thoughts are in my opinion a bit of a$$ covering.
Yesterday's volume can significant& aligned well with the timeline for the results.
The results are imminent & IMO there has been a leak.
