It's fairly clear when it says "drill sampling program is well underway for the cobalt-only mineralisation area" (top line)

Then in the final line "drilling results likely in late November"

Yesterday it was capped towards the close with 5m on offer at 2.4c in an accumulation tactic - it's no coincidence IMO that it corresponds with the breakout point.

There is 2.5m cash, EV sub-10m & imminent Cobalt results in a Cobalt rich area....

Today could be a cracker
