It’s not as simple as a promise. In business when an individual/entity doesn’t pay there are many avenues that one can take to ensure the lent monies are received.
If you refer to the company update (11/01/2018) it specifically states enforcing the note and the security against the assets of PTF, KTI & KB India.
Familiar with the term litigation?
- don’t think it’ll be that hard retrieving the funds considering we have security on the assets of the above company’s.
