Phoenix shares have been in escrow for 2 years until last month. Then the species transfer of shares into Finbar's and others own names this last Week. Then the crosses last 2 days days at $0.07. These were probably negotiated well in advance. Finbar may have debt or tax issues to address. Probably he is under pressure and couldn't hold any longer. Thats my best guess.
