with the current announcements why did they not let the share price run to a higher level and then raise at a higher price or is it that they play to the chinese investors with a low price and we can expect another raising when more orders arrive,

to many c/r casts doubt into the management they need cash flowing in to the tills then we may believe a  good story but mou until an order is placed,look at the mining companies with mou some times not worth the paper their written on
