That is a fair assessment, and I agree with you. However, I think the SP would have settled naturally. My gripe was more with the inconsistencies in which speeding tickets are given out and the context in which they are given. In this instance, the reasons for the price rise were clear cut based on recent communications to the market and 3rd party influences. If there were no recent announcements, I would understand the ASX's reasoning.
