The ASX price query asked about the price rise from 28 Feb until today and ANO replied we know nothing. I think ANO were remiss in not mentioning the US FDA press release dated 21 Feb 2019 about new proposed regulation to make sure sunscreen are safe and effective. Seems to me this is the background information that is driving the share price higher. ANO, to my knowledge, have not made any announcement about the potential effect on ZnO demand if 14 of the 16 active ingredients in sunscreen are banned in US and only ZnO and Titanium dioxide can be used come Nov 2019.
