The sale is yet to close and the terms are not yet publicly declared. In its Jan 11 release CCA did state that it had monetised its investment in the Ivy Project for cash proceeds of $1.5 million. This apparently was to be comprised of the proceeds of the sale of its 33% equity stake in the Ivy Project and a distribution of capital from IvyKoin LLC. There is some confusion presently around this statement in regard to the alleged distribution of capital. Doubtless we shall discover more in the days to come.
Both CCA and IvyKoin have suffered a similar fate since their alliance. Is that down to “crypto crap” as you put it? Possibly. But behind any entity are those that make decisions that impact on fortunes. That is always worth considering.
