I don't feel the OM report presents anything that isn't true. It's just how it is written, and what's it's intentions are which should be questioned.

looks to be a report requesting info on a company, not designed to be sent directly to a newspaper.

They are the questions anyone should ask before investing. If you are investing in this stock and didn't know all the content of the OM report before it was made a public document then I am concerned.

TBH there is plenty i dont like about the performance shares. There was absolutely nothing in the OM report that I hadn't mulled over a year ago. Naively, I figured most of you would have too. Disclosure of publicly available info has temporarily crushed the SP.

My response is similar to LHC's. I have considered it as part of my decision to invest in ISX past that point. I have chosen to invest knowing that info.
