Pardon my ignorance, but is it unheard of to see a capital raising at a slight premium to the market price? If an interested party believes the SP does not reflect the value of the company, then they could be willing to pay at a premium to the SP, especially when they can't realistically "buy in" at the current price given the lack of liquidity on the stock
