He likes to come across as some meticulous and astute investor with a better than thou attitude. Yet he didn't even know when the annual report was being released...even when there was an announcement...like a big billboard announcement informing everyone of its release.

guess he didn't do the 'market announcement analysis course' in his lunch break from being a bank teller.
