Didn't this have a stack of Escrow released recently?

The preceding ann. said "The Company is pleased to announce that the founders will not sell any equity holdings they own or control
(directly or indirectly) being released from escrow unless to help facilitate a future major investment in the
Company by a key strategic investor, or as part of a managed market distribution process."

This recent fall might be part of a "managed distribution process"? That is a lot of shares for the market to absorb.
The escrow volume was one of the reasons I didn't get into this initially. Maybe it will be better value after they have been disposed of a proportion in the market but I don't think the SP will fly again before that. On the bright side they will be trying to preserve as much SP as possible for any remainder.
