If your such an expert on the loyyal bankruptcy, answer this question. I have seen many Australian insolvency reconstructions but not USA based.

If someone bids, say 10M USD for the assets of loyyal (last raise was done at $29M USD or $22M USD...can't remember which one).

Lets say debts of the company are say $4M USD. Therefore, doesn't RFN get all of its $850K USD loan back and also a dividend as a shareholder.

In this example, i estimate a dividend of 10% of $6M (10Mil less debts of $4M) = another $600K.

Is this correct?
