After all these guy's are lawyers / accountants or whatever, but whatever they are, they have not exhibited good leadership or entrepreneurial skills at all. Rudi might bring some skill, but late in the game.

It seems to me they're a couple of consultants investing in poor products for which they have no idea about, and on top of that they are executing very badly. Invest with interbio, then cancel, invest with Loyyal, then cancel, invest into Wooboard which has no relevance, all the while running out of cash, having no team, no vision, no prospects whatsoever.
