Let's put it in perspective: Wooboard is a 9 year-old product that made $66K in the last full year results, in the fairly crowded field of employee recognition schemes (there are a lot of other startups doing this). Not sure why you think an old product that hasn't gone anywhere in the last 9 years is suddenly going to take off now that RFN has stopped screwing around with Loyyal (assuming that they have).

The real story is probably even worse - they've changed focus at least 3 or 4 times and will probably do so again, but they don't have the talent to make even one product work.
