market, explain the recent trading in its securities. On 8 October 2020 the Company announced
the dosing of the first subjects in its Phase 1 clinical trial of AMP945, the Company’s
experimental Focal Adhesion Kinase inhibitor, which is being developed for difficult to treat
cancers and fibrotic diseases. There have been no material developments of any description
since that date.
