You're spot on with the importance of timing with these junior mining plays. We know that off-take agreements are a significant catalyst for these stocks (e.g. PLL), and management said in early October that they'd be announcing off-take partners over the next 3-6 months. Given the strategic importance of their project in the EU, I fully believe they will deliver on this, and it should be with noteworthy partners.
