You may find that the response needs to meet certain criteria and using it as a selling platform isn't one of them. In fact a YES response causes more questions and issues for the directors around continuous disclosure than a straight out NO - easier and safer to say NO with more new news later on in an information release that can then contain some forward looking blue-sky.
