Ann: Response to ASX Price Query, page-36

In September 2020 the ASX queried CDX on their accounts and asked management amongst other things...

"Does Cardiex Limited consider that its level of operations is sufficient to warrant continued
quotation of its securities on ASX as required under listing rule 12.1?"

Rightly so, Jarrod White (Director) responds to all of the questions in the query succinctly and honestly but was probably annoyed with the fact that CDX was being queried in the first place and that this would have been perceived negatively by investors at the time and when many other companies were in the same position.
So no need to for Craig Cooper Et al. to be anything more than '..brief and clearly expressed' in reply to ASX queries going forward.

CDX has been a long time coming .... but now it's coming!
