Speeding ticket is the terminology used when the ASX asks the company why the company share price is moving so fast. They company needs to respond or they go onto a trading halt. Goto to the first page on this thread and you can download the question ASX asked Z1P and the subsequent responses. This is done as sometimes there is information that has been price sensitive information leaked by a company and only a few people know. In this case Z1P responded that there is nothing in their knowledge that has not already been reported.
