I know the Pfizer site well.
That site was set up for blow fill seal manufacturing of sterile products. Ideal for low cost mass production. Vaccines are currently filled into glass vials so it would require time and heaps of money to re fit for glass.
They might be to do the upstream part but not the sterile fill/finish part in that timeframe.
IDT site has the latest Groninger machine capable of 48,000 units per hour
