They didn't copy a genre. They copied an entire gameplay loop and replaced the Steampunk setting for dark medieval fantasy. LOL
I will put it back on you: Name of their games that was a completely original idea where that has not been a consensus where players have drawn parallels of it being eerily similar to another more popular title.
Hell - they even re-skin their own games. See the Warfare series haha
