It is a copy of it. But it's a good one.
Same as Monster Train is a copy of Slay the Spire, or Kingdoms and Castles is a copy of Banished, or Stardew Valley is a copy of Harvest Moon.
This happens a lot in games, it's OK and is needed to even build and create Genres that gamers want to keep playing.
