Eastern Iron notes that a share placement of 45.5 million shares was made to Ya Hua International and Development Company Ltd (“Ya Hua”) on 21 October 2021 and a substantial shareholder notice was lodged by Ya Hua on 22 October 2021. Other than this, Eastern Iron is not aware of any other explanation for the recent trading in its securities.
