I would think there is an opportunity for a goodwill gesture with the media having not unreasonably decided that the treatment of these workers stinks. Get some lawyers onto it. Find a way to guarantee these guys their funds. It'll pay off big time I suspect - tightarsed beancounters always seem to get paid!
