Usally lots of retail and some themactic and active investments firms, who cant take the risk an ESG for Pension fund will have very different risk profile mandate to ESG Growth fund.
All of these fund would have Limit sell orders or Limit Buy orders if they were active in NIC and the drop could have triggered some.
Much like 25% of my NIC got sold out.
Its not shorters as the short postion could not increase so much instantly.
