Ability to secure finance.
Most know that the economic downturn is temporary. All the decrees for decarbonising the world still exist. All know the demand for copper will increase. The restart study derisked the asset. But an unfinanced project is a dead project and whatever copper is in the ground, whether there or at maroochy is useless.
