    The 'Decision to mine' at Sorby Hills is a 'fait du compli'.... as it would be derelict of duty for the Directors to commit funds to securing the accommodation camp and starting 'early works' contracts on site if they weren't committed to building the mine..... his response basically has just re-informs the market (via ASIC) of a string of upcoming positive news flows that will soon be dropping.
