    Continual disclosure is very subjective.

    Given it's been disclosed multiple times that they're "addressing the production issues" - in theory they could announce on Tuesday, in the routine course of events, that they're now producing 80kpa and still be compliant - including with regards the speeding ticket. (IMO).

    Hope springs eternal.
