Just a repeat of the above; by what was previously called the "European Raw Material Fund (RMF)" referred to back in June 2022 appears to have now changed into the "European Sovereignty Fund".

Based on the articles they appear to set a date of June to August 2023 (summer in Europe) for the funds establishment. This might be a free for all; but its unlikely they will action some critical infrastructure too close to the sensitive borders.
